Position:Software Engineer / Web Application Developer

Starting Pay:$60K to $85K per year based on experience

We are looking for a very talented individual with strong software development skills for a full-time position developing new and exciting features for our AlertBot product line.

Job Duties:

• Develop exciting new features for our AlertBot service.
• Help define feature requirements & designs.
• Program web-interfaces, server software, & distributed services.
• Debug and test features before they go to QA testing.
• Follow our standard software development processes.
• Be involved and influential in team decisions.
• Play a supporting role in IT systems management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Preference is given to experienced candidates.
• Knowledge of Microsoft.NET web development and Windows software development is preferred.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL programming is preferred.
• Knowledge of n-tier object oriented programming, best practices and standards are preferred.
• Candidate must be able to travel one to two times per year to industryconferences.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania to work at our Allentown office.
• Candidate must be able to speak fluent English and have excellent writing skills. The ability to speak other languages is a plus but not required.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. No work Visas will be accepted.
